2024年7月12日，香港證券及期貨專業總會二零二四年度周年延期會員大會順利召開。會長陳志華先生在會上匯報了2023-2024年度的會務情況，向出席會員介紹及回顧了本年度的各項工作進展及完成情況。報告涵蓋了本會在過去一年中的主要行業關注及宣傳拓展工作、康樂及公益活動、會務及青年事務工作以及財務狀況等方面。與會者對本會的工作表示肯定，並通過了年度工作報告和財務報告，為新一年度的會務工作奠定了良好基礎。
The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Professionals Association held its 2024 annual deferred general meeting successfully on July 12, 2024. Mr. Mofiz Chan, the Chairman, reported on the association's affairs in the 2023-2024 term, introducing and reviewing the progress and completion of various tasks this year to the attending members. The report covered the association's major industry concerns and promotional outreach work, recreational and charitable activities, membership and youth affairs, as well as the financial status in the past year. The attendees affirmed the association's work and passed the annual work report and financial report, laying a good foundation for the association's work in the new year.

On April 30, 2024, at the intersection of Camp Street and Shing Ning Road in Sham Shui Po, Council Member Mr. Hui Yau-wing witnessed an elderly person collapsing on the road. He courageously stepped forward and provided assistance. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Professionals Association specially commended and recognized Mr. Hui Yau-wing for his act of bravery and kindness.
