2024年10月25日，香港證券及期貨專業總會一行11人到訪公會。上海市證券同業公會秘書長俞峰、副秘書長陳揚及秘書處相關部門工作人員共同參加了交流座談。
雙方就各自關注的專題進行了交流，如上海證券業合規管理、辦公信息系統建設、香港從業人員在滬從業、金融監管部門歷史變革和職能轉變等，以及香港從業人員應對媒體、員工管理、投訴處理、會員培訓、自律處罰等方面。
本次交流，有助於增進滬港兩地社團在行業管理模式、會員服務等方面的瞭解與借鑒。

On October 25, 2024, a delegation of 11 people from Hong Kong Securities and Futures Professionals Association visited the Shanghai Securities Association (SSA). Yu Feng, the Secretary-General of the SSA, Deputy Secretary-General Chen Yang, and relevant staff from the secretariat participated in the exchange discussion.
Both sides communicated on various topics of mutual interest, such as compliance management in the Shanghai securities industry, the construction of office information systems, the employment of Hong Kong professionals in Shanghai, historical changes and functional shifts in financial regulatory departments, as well as how Hong Kong professionals handle media relations, employee management, complaint resolution, member training, and self-discipline penalties.
This exchange is beneficial for enhancing the understanding and learning between the two regions regarding industry management models and member services.
